“These flowers were ordered for delivery on 1st January 2022 and didn't arrive until 4th January in a very poor state. Some of the flowers were covered in mould and many of the others have failed to open. I have used "Flowers by Post" on several occasions previously and always been very pleased with the service and quality but on this occasion feel very let down. The flowers were for a long standing friend who had surgery just before Christmas and I hoped this may help to raise her spirits. However because of their condition it failed to do so and I'm very disappointed with the outcome of my order.”
