“I can’t think of anything good to say because my daughter’s birthday was 18th January and I ordered her flowers on the 10th so plenty of time to be delivered. Unfortunately she hasn’t received them as yet so to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Will never recommend or use this company again. I haven’t seen my daughter for over a year due to her living in jersey so this has totally spoilt my surprise for her. Mrs Stubbs”

“Asked for flowers to be delivered on Tuesday 18th January, however, these were delivered on Saturday 15 January, so rather disappointed they arrived on the incorrect date. But the recipient was pleased with the carnations.”

“The flowers would have been lovely if the postman had put a note through my friends door so that she could have collected them from her neighbours. Instead the neighbour didn't take them round for 2 days and the flowers were quite limp. Do you have any sort of tracking number please so I can make a complaint to Royal Mail.”
