“We have successfully used your services before hence this latest effort. We found this time your website very difficult to use. We got so far only to be told our card was not accepted several times tried phoning you virtually impossible to speak to anyone only unhelpful recorded messages. In the end we went elsewhere and bought with the same card and with no trouble. Then out of the blue we received a message from you saying the order had now gone through. So on the day the recipient received not one but two lots of flowers which we had to explain the reason why and we were left to pay two bills..So to say the least on this occasion we feel your service did not live up to it’s promises”
