“It is now a week since I ordered flowers for a friend who has lost her Father and 5 days after they should have been delivered. As there was no way to track the delivery, I had to contact the recipient to see if they had arrived, which ruined the element of surprise. This morning I have received a verbal apology and the delivery has been resent. Lets hope it arrives this time!”
