“Problems happen - it is how you deal with them that matters. I wrote to you this week and haven’t heard from you. I ordered freesias for our wedding anniversary. They arrived with the first flowers open but droopy. I took them off. As further flowers opened they were shrivelled and droopy. I am very disappointed, both with the flowers and your lack of acknowledgement.”

“Even though I usually send 'budget' flowers, recipients are always pleased with them. Always delivered on time and looking fresh. Useful not needing the recipients signature, as some other flower compnies do, as I can't guarantee recipients will be always at home. Particularly, as most of my deliveries will be 'surprises' for the recipient.”

“The flowers I ordered for my parents looked lovely when they arrived. However after 4 days they were looking very sad with petals dropping off and the leaves turning yellow. The flowers were well looked after by my mum who followed your instructions on how to care for them. Disappointing!”
