“I find the website, very user friendly, with different options when choosing the right flowers for the occasion, right through to purchasing on the secure page. On this occasion I choose the blue orchids. I received, confirmation of the order and the day before delivery received confirmation that they had been despatched. They were delivered promptly the next day by the post office. When unpacking the flowers, I knew they were going to be of as high standard and a good colour. Well the white running into the blue was very vibrant in colour. 7 days later they are still in good condition. For me, another excellent purchase”

“Not flowers directs fault themselves but their courier royal mall, ordered flower on behalf of my dad who’s in residential car for my mum for delivery on 13th Feb (ordered on 11th) they (Royal Mail) lost them and they turned up half dead on Thursday the 15th. Flowers by post has apologised and sent some other flowers to me (which haven’t arrived at the time of the review in the 18th Feb 24 Be aware that I had issues with the delivery NOT flowers by post. Would recommend them but only because their customer service team was/is excellent”
