“I recently oredred two bunches of flowers from flowers by post. The first arrived on time and and the second was not correctly delivered by the Royal Mail and so was lost. This was no fault of Flowers by Post but the Royal Mail who failed to deliver correctly. When I contacted Flowrers by Post they responded quickly to send out a second bunch and these arrived as expected. I cannot fault their customer service”

“Staff at Flowers by Post are efficient, friendly and ordering was easy with no fuss. However I feel they should consider changing their current couriers. In the last 8 months I have experienced problems with the actual delivery. Not arriving at all and arriving late. However Flowers by Post rectified this to my satisfaction. So thank you.”
