“I have used Flowers by Post many times in the past and I have never been disappointed. This time I ordered two Christmas bouquets to be delivered to our holiday cottage on 21 December. The bouquets were lovely but they were delivered a day late which was a little disappointing, hence the four stars. This did not however dent our enjoyment.”

“As usual, the flowers were lovely and both parties were pleased with them. My problem was in trying to pay for them, a new security code was needed which was to be sent to a mobile phone. It took nearly an hour to get around this code as I do not use a mobile phone for banking. When I contacted my bank they said that this requirement was instituted by the seller. Usually, when a code is required by my bank you are given the option of receiving it by text or by phone.”
