“Ordered for delivery on 9th April for a birthday but they weren't delivered until 10th and I received no emails notifying me that they would be late or to say that they had been delivered. Tracking was just royal mail and didn't register anything until an attempt had been made to deliver. Won't be using this company again.”

“A member of our organisation was having a really bad time and so we sent a lovely bunch of carnations and freesias. How lovely to get a phone call from a thrilled lady to say thank you and how much it was appreciated and how beautiful the flowers were.
