The flowers i order from you are always received in good condition and beautifully fresh and pretty/ My only complaint is they are much more expensive, and we dont get points tosave for a free bunch which meant a lot, as we do spend quite a bit of money on sending family flowers.

I sent these flowers on behalf of an elderly neighbour to her friend for her birthday they arrived on time and she loved them she said there was every colour carnation you could think of and was very happy. I always order from flowers by post when ever i have to send flowers.

I left ordering a Mother's Day bouquet very late and expected it to be sent through the post a day later on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to see my friend posting a picture of herself with a bouquet which was delivered on Mothering Sunday. Thank you very much.

After being extremely disappointed regarding my order not being delivered in time and flowersbypost not being open over the weeked, I emailed flowersbypost.com and received a phone call around 10am on the Monday morning. I spoke to very pleasant gentleman who apologised and explained that they had sent my flowers but that the problem seemed to be with the couriers. The order was resent via Royal Mail, my delivery charge refunded and flowers received promptly. My advice to anyone ordering would be use the Royal Mail deliver option not the courier.

I had ordered this bouquet on the 9/2/21 to arrive for my Mum`s birthday on the 11/3/21. I arranged a delivery date of the 9/3/21 to allow for post office delays. No flowers arrived. This was disappointing. The company however dealt with my query very quickly and offered delivery some 5 days later or refund. I went for full refund which has been actioned.
