“Having ordered quite an expensive bouquet of freesias and paid extra to get tracked delivery for Mother’s Day it was really sad that what can only be described as a “cheap bunch of wilting service station standard roses” arrived a day late. I didn’t get any form of tracking and initially was just offered a refund if the postage. Eventually the company did apologise and send a replacement bunch, (after the gent shouted at me on the phone ( think he was having a bad day!)). This doesn’t make up for their failings so sadly I cannot recommend to anyone else.”

“We wanted scented flowers for mother / mother-in-law for Mothering Sunday as she is blind. Flowers by Post was one of VERY few postal flower companies that had freesia bouquets still available by the Tuesday before the big day! (Maybe lockdown caused a spike in demand this year - but we were very relieved that FbP could offer them at all.) She found them very satisfactory - so we're happy with the product and service. (We had no queries - so cannot score FbP's response to them. We just ordered on-line - very straightforward system.)”

“I was very disappointed that my mother's flowers did not arrive on Sat 13th March as ordered. As a result she did not receive a gift from me on mothers's day. The flowers did arrive on the 15th March - a day late. I was more disappointed that no one then replied to the message I sent on your "contact us" page asking what had happened. I know things are difficult this year, but I would have appreciated someone letting me know the order was delayed so at least I could have warned my mother her gift was on its way.”
