“This is the first time I’d used Flowers by post and was really impressed. I’d not come across them before so was a little apprehensive but they came up on a last minute search for Mother’s Day flowers on the Wednesday evening before Mother’s Day. My mum particularly likes Freesias and I’d googled Freesias by post. They were really good value, not inflated for Mother’s Day. According to mum were really well packaged and beautiful. I’d ordered on the Wednesday night for delivery by royal mail (not any of the courier options) and they arrived on Saturday in time for Mother’s Day the following day. Really pleased with the service and quality and mum was over the moon with the flowers so couldn’t ask for more.”

“It’s the first time I’ve been a little disappointed with your flowers. Two of the flower heads were broken off the stem and another was a little squashed. I realise this may have occurred in transit and the remaining flowers are perfect. However it does mean that roughly 17% of the flowers couldn’t be used”
