“The flowers I ordered for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day were Dead!! I contacted your sales team which were fantastic and sent out new but as you can imagine it’s Mother’s Day we don’t live near by if we did we weren’t able to see her so the next best thing was a lovely arrangement of flowers, so we thought and they arrived dead and not worth the money!!”
