“The flowers arrived in condition on the day concerned. My only concern when I send flowers, the care home puts them in quarantine for 3good. days, so if sent on Fri. my wife cant receive them till after the w/e. With the warm atmosphere in her bedroom, some flowers do not last very long. which is costly in the circumstances. I may have to consider whether to continue with your service. Your actual service is good.”
