Did not arrive on time for Mother’s Day, should have arrived by the Saturday. Extremely poor service will not use again!!!

Beautiful orange tulips delivered on time for Mothers Day. Fantastic quality. 26 stems, some with double heads. My Mum got 3 vases out of them and was overjoyed.

I bought Mothers' Day flowers for my mother, and another bunch for my wife on behalf of my children. The flowers that turned up at this house were a disgrace. The box was wet and damaged. The flower petals were bruised and folded, and the paper wrapping wet and soggy. I can only assume the box had fallen over and was sliding about in the back of the delivery vehicle. On the plus side, my mother said her flowers were fabulous, and my wife's did recover a little after a day or two in a vase with water and the feed - and they were delivered on time. Perhaps giving 2-stars is harsh, but 3 says 'acceptable' and I don't feel this is acceptable - if (as is usually the case) I am sending flowers to someone 'remote' I need to have confidence that they will arrive in good condition. Initially I was thinking I'd never use this company again, but since my mother was so pleased and my wife's flowers did recover somewhat, I am willing to admit the issue was probably with the delivery service rather than the flowers themselves (which do seem to be of good quality), so they may get another chance - but alas my confidence is shaken.

Well, I waited with baited breath in case they did not turn up in time, or that they were damaged or of poor quality, or worst of all that my wife was disappointed with my choice - but no problems at all ! They were perfect in every way - and her face lit up. So need I say more. Yes, we will order with you again. Many thanks for a perfect service. xx

I was a little disappointed with how the flowers were packaged (just shoved in a box? No plant food or anything). The card was all bent and creased too. The positives - they came on time and have grown nicely

Flowers by post are usually very good. However on this occasion their delivery let them down. I paid for courier delivery on Saturday 13th March. The flowers were not delivered until Sunday 14th. This meant that the home my mother is in were unable to put them in her room in time for our 'Zoom' call and she wasnt able to say they'd arrived. The order form clearly states 13th so unsure if the problem lies with Flowers by post or DPD. Have never had this before and flowers consistently good.

The bouquet originally arrived with roses and carnations 70% damaged, leaving the bouquet little more than a handful of stems. However, Flowers by Post reacted very positively and swiftly sent out a replacement. Overall excellent service

Up to now I have always been happy with the service. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail not being able to deliver the next day despite first class mail., the flowers were in dire need of water and looking quite unwelcoming. I will think twice before using again.😟
