“Lovely flowers, as always, but the company was let down by the carrier (Yodel) who claimed to have delivered the parcel, but had not been anywhere near the house, as we were snowed in! Flowers by Post then kindly re-arranged the order for the following day, whereupon TWO parcels of flowers arrived! Sadly, this is not the first time that Yodel have lied about a delivery to our house. Try a better carrier!”
