“With a day’s notice I ordered freesias to be sent to my sister’s home to arrive the day after her husband’s funeral. There were to be no flowers at the ceremony. She phoned to say how pleased she was with the delivery, packaging and the wonderful smell from one of her many favourite flowers. They’d arrived on the right day too. “Order arrived damaged. This order was for a very , very special occasion, a 54th Wedding Anniversary !! The flowers were damaged due to the packaging having failed. The occasion was ruined due to this appalling performance by your company. I have been granted a full refund, however, I am extremely saddened that your company did not offer a compensatory bouquet of flowers by means of an apology as requested by me to your handling representative. I regret that I would not use your company again, and neither would I recommend your company to anyone else. Very sad experience. Mr M Matthews.”
