“Very nice to receive these flowers again as my late husband used to order them for me,there used to be pieces of delicate fern mixed in with it along time ago. It would be nice to have that again? “I ordered some flowers for my daughter's 50th Birthday. The process for ordering was very easy. The choices were very good. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered by your chosen courier. After contacting customer services it was agreed that I would receive a full refund. Your staff were understanding and very polite and the matter has now been resolved. However, I think that the use of this particular courier should be reviewed.”
