I had the flowers sent as a get well message for my cousin after major surgery so I have not seen them but she said that they were lovely.

I have used your company for over 15 years and have been very satisfied with the delivery. This last order was especially for a friend celebrating her 80th birthday. The flowers arrived a day late and in the early evening. I was very upset. You appear not to be flowers by post but flowers by courier which is not as good. This is the first time you have failed me. In the future I will have to think very carefully as to whether I use your company.

Flowers were up to the usual high standard although the packaging was a bit battered and the flowers in need of water. I was disappointed that despite tracking showing the package out for delivery on Saturday afternoon, the flowers were not delivered until Tuesday 30th. I realise that Monday 29th was a Bank Holiday but have had no indication as to why the delivery was not made on Saturday but was apparently returned to the local depot. The flowers were for my mother on her 97th birthday and were sent from her granddaughters. Previous deliveries to the same address have been fine.

Although I have ordered flowers from you before and have been assured by the recipient that they were lovely, I was actually at my sister's when they were delivered and I was disappointed to say the least to see what is received at a £25 cost. Three of the freesia stems were broken, small buds were drooping, and a few of the open blooms had crush marks. My sister says now they're fine, I'm afraid I never thought of taking a photograph of them and she didn't either. Consequently I won't be ordering this bouquet again.

Delivered 2 days late for an important anniversary, after being delivered to the wrong address on the correct day. Dont know if this company is at fault or the delivery company they use, but not good enough.

having ordered a month in advance, they called to say couldn't deliver on the day or the flowers ordered (yellow roses). I asked them to refund immediately. They called back to say that the manager would source the flowers elsewhere - could they deliver a day earlier. I said no, my wifes birthday is the 26th. The yellow roses arrived and are excellent.

My friend, to whom they were delivered, told me they were really lovely. It was a pity that YODEL did not deliver them on her birthday although they were at their National Hub late on the previous evening - 22:52 on 23/05/23. The parcel was being loaded at 07:41 on 24/05, short delay reported 09:02, being loaded 10:12, another short delay10.25, being loaded 23:01 (3rd time that day).Finally delivered 18.17 on 25th - not even an early delvery.

The plant was strong and healthy but most of the flowers were at the bottom of the hoop. I'm sure given time they will grow well though.

Not as many flowers as in advertising photo ,got the large so there was a chance of getting a good few but was disappointed,they were fresh and they were delivered on time and my friend was pleased with them

All our flowers come in bud, once the stems are trimmed and placed into water, they start to drink up and open up. We like our flowers to have longer vase life. Once the flowers have been in water for 48-72 the buds will start to bloom and the flowers will look a lot more like the photo on our website. They were a present for my sister, however she reports that they looked rather droopy on arrival, but recovered after a night in a bucket of water. Since then they have been glorious and have really cheered her up.
