“I am extremely disappointed as the bunch of tulips I ordered to be sent to Fenella Scott at 24 Metropolitan House, London TA8 0HA never arrived. I placed the order on 12.4.2023. As previously stated the flowers were taken in by the caretaker and did not tell the recipient.”

“The flowers were beautiful and vibrant, sadly, they were not in bud, but in bloom when arrived, 5 days later they are already starting to die. I know this style, can last longer The candle, although not yet used smells lovely, not sure why the colour is different in places, hopefully this will become evident when used The flowers arrived on the date requested, with no delivery issues Apart from not being in bud, as the card & website said (hence the missingstar), they were beautiful and the recipient loved them”
