“I place all of my orders for floral tributes with "Flowers by Post" and no other company. Family and friends have never once been disappointed. The quality of the flowers is exceptional, they are packaged carefully and in bud allowing for a longer period in full bloom. The choice of flowers and plants is vast and at a fair price so there is always something for every occasion. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“as usual fklowers by post coes up trumps. I inadvertently order flowers as a birthday gift foe teh same person twice! Once I| ralised b my mistake I emailed Glowers by post and they sorted it out very quickly. I also like the emailed delivery noiification which they now send out on the day of expected delivery a nice touch. The peolpe I send to are always delighted with the flowers they receive. “As a regular monthly customer I cannot speak too highly of the service and quality of the flowers, in particular the carnations which always arrive in excellent condition and last and last. A first class service.even when things go wrong as they did recently. We opted for a change and ordered a plant. It arrived on time but was nothing like the picture, just a couple of flowers which fell off the following day. i thought you should be made aware of the problem so telephoned. The young lady who answered was a credit to the company and immediately offered a refund or replacement.We decided on our first love and opted for a mixed bunch of carnations which arrived the following day and are of your usual high quality.So thank you and we will continue to take advantage of your excellent monthly delivery of carnations Regards Eric and Iris Lay”

“This, my first purchase from Flowers by Post, proved to be very satisfactory. Delivery to a fairly off the beaten track address arrived in the morning on the appointed day.
