“These flowers were very imporant to me. I am elderly (80) and have been through very dark trauma of late. My neice and nephew were there to support me so i ordered flowers for them. They were delivered by post but because there was no reply they were HEAVED OVER THE FENCE DESPITE MARKED FRAGIL. i was angry very angry. I contacted customer service and received an apology with a promise of a fresh delivery and a full refund. The flowers have arrived in tact and i received 20 per cent refund,. I do not intend using this company again. The disappointed, frustration and anger was enough.”
