“The flowers that I ordered were good but they were delivered without seeing the recipient and were left overnight on the doorstep. Not even stood up but laid down on the step. I have had a apology and a discount code but it is too late for my friends birthday”

“I was heartily disappointed when the flowers that I ordered arrived, and what looked like a joyful bouquet on the website was in reality minimal and lacklustre. Further, I ordered a card to go with my flowers and this, too, was a disappointment: cheap quality, not folded accurately and not in an envelope. In short, I paid a significant sum for an underwhelming bouquet and a dowdy and cheap-looking card; I will not be using this service again.”
