“The flowers may have been beautiful but my aunt did not receive them. I gave my aunt's full name and address but unfortunately put the wrong post code. There are only 5 houses with the post code that I put and none of them received the flowers either. It would help if yodel got a signature or took a photo when they made a delivery so that they could be traced.”
