“The flowers were delivered on time as promised, but were disappointing, to say the least. The bouquet is fairly small, with deformed and misshapen blooms. Certainly not worth the price paid. I am not happy with this product.”

“flowers not delivered on agreed date as paid for. flowers delivered on the following day, damaged in transit by courier, 94 year old lady birthday gift complete let down. contacted your office and was dealt with by two very helpful and concerned ladies, who arranged a full credit on the day. thanks to all your staff who I had to deal with, the are a credit to you, sorry to say the courier was not up to your standard roger”
