“Flowers didn't arrive on my chosen day. Had to spoil the surprise by asking my sister to check her garden and with the neighbours. Emailed to ask why they hadn't arrived and received a verbal shrug email basically saying you only say 95% of your flowers arrive on the chosen day! Didn't see that anywhere when I ordered. They arrived the next day but I was very disappointed with the service.”

The fist stage is when you choose whether you would like Royal Mail, weekday tracked or Saturday tracked and the other stage is when you have chosen Royal Mail and are selecting a date in the calendar, under the calendar it once again states 95% of orders are delivered on your chosen day.
