Customer service is impeccable as ever, I've been ordering from this company for a few years now and although I haven't had many problems, they've always been on point when there has been the odd glitch. My friend received the flowers on time and absolutely loved them, I got the scented freesias and apparently they smelt amazing!”

“Delivery was supposed to be 10th February, arrived 8.05pm on the 11th - the day after the recipient's birthday. She is an elderly lady so when the tracking said 7.00-9.00pm in the evening I doubted she would answer the door. So all in all I'm not happy with the experience.”
