“I ordered a 12 carnation set of flowers plus gyp for my mum for Mother’s Day and was rather disappointed that there were only 11 carnations in the pack- one of which was broken and the gyp was broken too. I contacted yourselves on the day of arrival and was told someone would be in touch to refund me 10% of my order but heard nothing since. Very disappointed as previously we’ve always received excellent service.”

“Ordered birthday (feb) and mother”s day electric blue cut orchids. Both parcels arrived as per normal brilliantly not even a single flow knocked off. 6 weeks after birthday ones - MD”s arrived with still many of the bd still in bud! Don”t know how you do it - but thank you. Last years white orchid (that are not true orchids - continue to flower large blooms followed by small - sections break off aka Xmas cactus) - potted up and ….. the kitchen looks like the garden in a day of the trifids!)”

“I have been buying the Freesias, for my Mum on Mother's day and another very special occasion, for a few years now. She was thrilled with her Mothering Sunday Freesias , she said, so fresh, still in bud, the perfume wafting in the lounge. They arrived on the day suggested, and I was alerted to know they had been dispatched and would be delivered that day. Price so reasonable, quality is amazing. Shall continue to purchase.”
