flowers were not fresh, but old, and with petals on the turn, what a grand disappointment and an embarrassment to give to my mum on her 77th birthday a jaded and faded bunch of expensive flowers, I was ashamed..never coming to your door to come thru my door again!!!!

It is now a week since I ordered flowers for a friend who has lost her Father and 5 days after they should have been delivered. As there was no way to track the delivery, I had to contact the recipient to see if they had arrived, which ruined the element of surprise. This morning I have received a verbal apology and the delivery has been resent. Lets hope it arrives this time!

I can’t think of anything good to say because my daughter’s birthday was 18th January and I ordered her flowers on the 10th so plenty of time to be delivered. Unfortunately she hasn’t received them as yet so to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Will never recommend or use this company again. I haven’t seen my daughter for over a year due to her living in jersey so this has totally spoilt my surprise for her. Mrs Stubbs

These flowers were ordered for delivery on 1st January 2022 and didn't arrive until 4th January in a very poor state. Some of the flowers were covered in mould and many of the others have failed to open. I have used "Flowers by Post" on several occasions previously and always been very pleased with the service and quality but on this occasion feel very let down. The flowers were for a long standing friend who had surgery just before Christmas and I hoped this may help to raise her spirits. However because of their condition it failed to do so and I'm very disappointed with the outcome of my order.

The flowers arrived in a bad state, they were in a bouquet but loose in the box ! by the time they were delivered they were battered and bruised, flower heads broken off. Complete waste of money and a disappointing gift.

I am glad that you have asked as I was about to contact you as The flowers that I sent my sister for Christmas were terrible. The alstroemeria were badly frosted the only things that survived were the gold twigs and the carnations. Very very disappointing, particularly As inevitably they were a gift; terrible value for money!
