The bouquet I ordered still hasn't been delivered, when contacting customer services they blamed the post. Will not be using you again.

Problems happen - it is how you deal with them that matters. I wrote to you this week and haven’t heard from you. I ordered freesias for our wedding anniversary. They arrived with the first flowers open but droopy. I took them off. As further flowers opened they were shrivelled and droopy. I am very disappointed, both with the flowers and your lack of acknowledgement.

The worst flowers I have received sent to my partner on a special occasion the flowers were dead totally ruined the occasion will not be using them again

They used Yodel, who failed to deliver the day it was meant to turn up, and then damaged the box and roasted the flowers. Would not use again.

5th August, Time 20.24 - I contacted my friend in Troon and the flowers and chocolates have still not arrived, even though delivery was 31st July. What is wrong? The delivery address is correct. Her father passed away and her birthday is 12th August. I wanted flowers to arrive well before her birthday.

Very, very disappointed with these flowers - roses. As we advised Customer Services, no food was enclosed. (Refer Stephanie). Today, we have had to throw the bouquet out, just 6 days after receipt. The roses never came out, and went very floppy. Previous flowers from your company have always been excellent!

The flowers were lovely;delivery on time.HOWEVER they were also heavily infested with ants.dozens of them.five days after delivery ants are still appearing around the bouquet.8 so far this morning and its only 8 am.

The flowers were delivered on time as promised, but were disappointing, to say the least. The bouquet is fairly small, with deformed and misshapen blooms. Certainly not worth the price paid. I am not happy with this product.

flowers not delivered on agreed date as paid for. flowers delivered on the following day, damaged in transit by courier, 94 year old lady birthday gift complete let down. contacted your office and was dealt with by two very helpful and concerned ladies, who arranged a full credit on the day. thanks to all your staff who I had to deal with, the are a credit to you, sorry to say the courier was not up to your standard roger

Order arrived damaged. This order was for a very , very special occasion, a 54th Wedding Anniversary !! The flowers were damaged due to the packaging having failed. The occasion was ruined due to this appalling performance by your company. I have been granted a full refund, however, I am extremely saddened that your company did not offer a compensatory bouquet of flowers by means of an apology as requested by me to your handling representative. I regret that I would not use your company again, and neither would I recommend your company to anyone else. Very sad experience. Mr M Matthews.
