I ordered flowers to be sent to a hospital and they never arrived. I have since learned that hospitals can no longer accept flowers. What happened to my order? I am completely in the dark.

The flowers arrived half dead and the rest lasted about 3 days. We will not be using your service again. Thats twice you've let me down.............. and the final time

I had ordered this bouquet on the 9/2/21 to arrive for my Mum`s birthday on the 11/3/21. I arranged a delivery date of the 9/3/21 to allow for post office delays. No flowers arrived. This was disappointing. The company however dealt with my query very quickly and offered delivery some 5 days later or refund. I went for full refund which has been actioned.

Having ordered quite an expensive bouquet of freesias and paid extra to get tracked delivery for Mother’s Day it was really sad that what can only be described as a “cheap bunch of wilting service station standard roses” arrived a day late. I didn’t get any form of tracking and initially was just offered a refund if the postage. Eventually the company did apologise and send a replacement bunch, (after the gent shouted at me on the phone ( think he was having a bad day!)). This doesn’t make up for their failings so sadly I cannot recommend to anyone else.

I ordered flowers a week in advance and asked them to be delivered specifically by Saturday in time for Mother's Day. Not only did it arrive 4 days late and therefore well past Mother's Day, the card was crumpled. Will not be using again.

I tried three times to check out. Each time it told me it had failed. I gave up and ordered with interflora instead. I now get notification that one went through! I’m sure my mother in law was thrilled with her two deliveries. I’m not so thrilled about the expense. Website is clunky and difficult to navigate. Won’t use again.

The flowers I ordered for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day were Dead!! I contacted your sales team which were fantastic and sent out new but as you can imagine it’s Mother’s Day we don’t live near by if we did we weren’t able to see her so the next best thing was a lovely arrangement of flowers, so we thought and they arrived dead and not worth the money!!

Ordered flowers on 3rd. March for delivery on 4th March and was charged an extra £2 pounds for 1st. Class postage by Royal Mail.. However, the flowers have still not been delivered today, Monday 8th. March. As they were meant for a 50th. wedding anniversary of a couple on 4th. March, they are now meaningless to us. I’ve written to the company asking for a refund and will definitely discourage others from using it in the future.

As a long term customer I was very disappointed by the quality and standard received, flowers did not resemble those depicted on the website. These were sent to a family member who had suffered a miscarriage, they made us look like cheapskates, I saw far superior flowers in our local supermarket this very morning. Totally disgusted, where is customer loyalty.

This was a poor but expensive product. Not as many flowers as the photo and flowers started to die on day 3. Not value for money and will not use again.

Flowers left outside with no knock on door. They were there for 2 day's until the recipient was informed by postman. By that time they were wilted and lost all appeal. Very sad and a waste of everyone's time and my money.

Disappointing really, especially for someone so long established. The card is about promoting your business and the message doesn’t carry the line breaks as filled in on the form so just looks like a text dump. The flowers had such short stems that you can’t put them in any ordinary vase. So not much right really. Bloom and Wild know how to do a proper job and will be using them in future.

Great flowers spoilt by a flimsy card with the word ‘Anniversary’ misspelt on the front! I mean come on, is it really that difficult? Then to add insult to injury, you duplicated the charge to my Visa card on 26th January. Please refund the duplicate debit immediately.

Late delivery, poor quality blooms with several bruised and damaged. Plenty of greenery but that's about it. Very, very disappointed. Based on this order I cannot recommend this service.
