Have used them before without a problem. However, the latest order was disgraceful. Having spent £38 on Lillies flowers arrived without the Food. Flowers were still buds for the Birthday they were intended for and after four days have not opened and already started to droop. I effectively gave someone a bouquet of stalks and leaves, Pic on the fourth day. They offered a discount for the plant food but I won't be using them again. As a barrister, I may well take court action in principal.

Dear Ian, Please accept our sincere thanks for a review following your recent purchase. Please accept our apologies for the flowers arriving without any food, thank you for your call making us aware. Options were given to you over the phone as a substitute for the flower food as we explained this would be ok rather than you having to wait for the flower food which could have taken a few days. During the course of the call you advised the flowers were fine and no mention was made about the flowers not opening up, had we been aware the flowers were still in bud we would have given some flower care instructions maybe tease open the tips of the lilies which will help them open, we would have also asked if the flowers are in a warm or cool place because if the room is cooler they would take a little longer to open. One of our team members tried calling you numerous times regarding your review but were unable to reach you. Once again please accept our apologies for the flower food not being in the box and we hope the flowers opened up nicely and the recipient enjoyed them. If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. Not very happy ordered flowers on 03-10 for Deliver on the 07-10 and they are still not there it was my Daughter’s Birthday so not very pleased . Regards MrT Judd Order 855233

The flowers that you sent arrived 1 week late. Most were dead or had mould on them. I sent a complaint to you yesterday. Normally your flowers are excellent so I and the recipient are unhappy.

Ordered some freesias for my daughter's 21st birthday which had great sentimental value as her late nans favourite.I paid extra for specific day delivery and called a week before to check. Alas they didn't come DPD blamed for not getting oarcel.Ohoned to complain 6 refund for delivery fee and 15 percent off next order which I certainly won't be using.Asked for call off manager 3 days later no reply so raised complaint.Flowers arrived day after but could tell been in box a while as some freesias were already fully open.Very dissatisfied and let down it was specifically for her 21st as a nod to her late nans and birthday card too I await to hear off complaint but won't be using again.

Very disappointing. Very few flowers, could have bought more flowers from the supermarket for a fifth of the cost. Will not use them again

I will not be using this company again. Having paid £9 for a Saturday delivery which was finally delivered on the Sunday. Having made a compliant about this I received a copy of the tracking with a note of "better late than never"

Dear Mr Watts, Thank you for your review. We temporarily suspended use of our letterbox boxes due to the current postal delays experienced with Royal Mail. The slim letterbox box design requires us to pack the flowers using a ‘top n tail’ method and as a consequence we are unable to hydrate the flowers as we would with our normal boxes types. Consequently, we temporarily changed the box type to enable us to better hydrate the flowers because of the current protracted delivery times. Unfortunately in your instance Royal Mail where unable to effect delivery and this resulted in you having to collect your flowers from the local sorting office. We unfortunately have no control on how Royal Mail deliver but nonetheless sympathise with your individual and unique circumstance.
