“Received in apparently good condition but, despite following instructions to the letter, the roses began to 'go over' after 2-3 days at which time less than 50% of the carnations had opened. Arrangement therefore never seen as illustrated. Poor value for money”

“Sadly the 3 bunches ordered for Easter didn't arrive until April 23rd and 24th. Were notified about these dates and put it down to lockdown and understood but all3 bunches were wilting, especially the Rose's. All 3 children rang to advise us not to use your company again. Sorry as been ok before.”

“Very disappointed ordered these for my parents they are brown and dying I always buy from you. I no it’s difficult times but very disappointed in quality. Please could you send some more as a replacement Mrs Johnson 15 Wells Crescent Aldwick Bognor Regis PO21 3RP United Kingdom Can’t take a pic as it’s my parents don’t live near me. And they are elderly wouldn’t know how to do”

“Dear Sirs, I ordered flowers to the value of £27.49 under order no. 842489 and frankly they were a complete waste of money. They arrived late last week and arrived looking very sorry for themselves. Yesterday they were dead. I have been a customer for some time and have regularly ordered via yourselves but this will be the last time. I don't expect to spend this sort of money on ANY flowers (which I could have got from the Supermarket for much cheaper) which don't last 4 days. Please advise by return Regards S. Paterson PS I cannot send a photo obviously because of the lockdown but I have seen a photo of them - disgusting.”

“Four days after promised delivery 4 out of 6 requested still not received. Will be talking to mr Russell ref this on Monday 20th April. It must be assumed that the Royal Mail is the fault. Of the 2 that were received - first one (a plant) came on the appointed day. Second one flowers to daughter in Abbots Langley was received on Saturday 18th April, and were “rather sad” have requested her to send me a photo to forward to mr Russell.”

“When I submitted the order I was informed my credit card was unacceptable so I assumed the order was void. I therefore went elsewhere. I didn't expect the order to go through so I was very surprised when I learnt the flowers had been delivered. Presumably I will be charged and I am not happy about that and will not recommend your service to others. I would appreciate a reply.”

“Arrived late. They looked very sad, all squashed. Alstromeria leaves were yellow, white filler buds were brown. Disappointing, and poor value. Nigel Fuller”

“The roses in the bunch all dropped by the monday! They were delivered on the saturday. Flowers my wife received from an other company were super.”

“I am sorry to say, flowers were received Saturday, but Sunday started to die, I know my parents are very disappointed, which clearly was not the reason for sending the flowers, I knw they have complained, we wait and see, perhaps in the unusual time, you should not be promising flowers”
