I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friends birthday the 17th august and they never were delivered.

It has been a while now since i purchase any flowers from flowers by post and was shall we say very disappointed. I paid the extra postage so they arrived on the day i needed them but alas this was not until 4.30pm.!!!. The flowers are small and no where near the quality that they were before and they are not the same as what the website is showing. So alas will not be purchasing from them again.

Unable to fulfill order. Very disappointing . No thanks I don’t want blue orchids at all. I’ll take a full refund and my business elsewhere

Your e-mail to me of 18th July led me to assume I would receive 10% off the price when ordering - NOT for future purchases/orders. I have no confidence and feel thoroughly disgusted - you have lost any future custom.

Ordered flowers for my Mothers birthday,they did not arrive until after 6 PM even though we payed for the courier service. When they did finally arrive they had been in a hot delivery van all day with very little water to keep them going, so when my Mum opened the box they were well and truly wilted almost beyond saving and no I will not be using you again. If you offer a flower delivery service you could at least make sure they get there in reasonable condition.

Flowers crammed into a box that’s far too small for the size of bouquet, so already damaged when unpacking. Any that are not damaged last up to three days from receiving them from delivery driver. A company whose website says they put customer service as their number 1 priority, unless of course you complain, then you never hear back from them for days unless you phone them instead of emailing, conveniently using the excuse the online form was playing up, funny how the online form for ordering never plays up. 0 out of 5 from start to finish. Will never use again.

I ordered these flowers for a Saturday delivery, paying extra for a guaranteed delivery day! I am so disappointed that they have yet to arrive, goodness knows when they will turn up or what condition they will be in since tomorrow is Sunday. I will not use this unreliable service again!

I was informed by the recipient of this purchase sent by myself to Mrs J. Greenhill that on arrival at her address all the flowers inside were dead, and as I sent these flowers to lift her spirits when she was feeling very low, (she is 99 years old), I think it unbelievable that a person would send a bunch of dead flowers to anyone never-mind a person of such a senior age, I think that this is absolutely terrible if not disgusting! I understand that Mrs Greenhill's daughter has informed you about this and you have sent replacement flowers for this item nonetheless, I think it terrible that dead flowers were sent in the first place!

The delivery date was for Mother’s Day, but they were delivered the next day late afternoon, this could of been a Yodel issue, but that aside the quality of the flowers was very poor, they were some were already dying and looked nothing like the website picture. I would not buy again from this company.

Really disappointed. Ordered a bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day & paid extra for tracking with a courier. Flowers did not turn up & I was told they had disappeared....they did give me a full refund but I used another floral provider as I didn’t trust the service

have used your service for 10 years now and recently sent some flowers to my friend for her birthday should have arrived 1 st april then arrived 3 rd April there was mould on the flowers .... very dissapointing

After ordering for mothers day and getting them sent early I would of expected them to be delivered to the correct address but this was not the case, thanks for the full refund of my money and the offer of 10% off for next time but I assure you I will be ordering from elsewhere from now on ....... The flowers were lovely but, having paid for guaranteed delivery on the Friday before Mothers Day, they did not arrive until the Monday after. The decision to use Yodel as a courier means that I will be taking my business elsewhere in future I'm afraid

Very disappointed and will never order again. Ordered rose plant plus Happy Birthday balloon. Plant arrived with no balloon or care instructions for plant. Contacted Flowers by Post who sent a replacement order. That arrived, again with NO balloon, NO care instructions and a DEAD rose plant!! Didn't bother to contact customer service again as no point. Do not recommend at all.

I purchased a bouquet for my sister who lives in a different town to me. I asked her to send me a picture, when they arrived and when I saw them, I was really disappointed with the quaity, in fact, I was insulted. However, when I contacted the company, I received a prompt reply, and the flowers were replaced, to which I was very grateful.
