Expected better, there was no one in, so took to the Post Office on a Saturday instead of leaving with neighbours, so when picked up most of the flowers were dead,but got a snotty email back of flowers by post saying not there problem,take it up with the P.O.

I Can`t score it No Stars as It Wont let me. My Order Never Arrived ! Poor service, Hidden Charges if you want deliveries sooner. I Certainly Would`nt Recommend. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Three of the carnations were mouldy and had to be thrown away immediately and the rest of them died quite quickly as well. They gold decorations were nice though. This is the first time that we have been disappointed with one of your flower packages. Not the good standard we usually receive from your company.

I was contacted on 21/12 and encouraged to place an order for Christmas. I placed an order and especially selected delivery on 24/12, for which I paid a premium delivery charge. The flowers were not delivered. I contacted your organisation by email several times on 27, 28 Dec, an automated message stated I'd be contacted ASAP. No one contacted me. I also tried to call your office. Eventually I managed to speak to someone (Chris?) a replacement order ( no: 815049) was placed, for which I'm told I'll receive refund for delivery. I was told the problem lay with your courier, Yodel. Why could they not tell me they would be unable to deliver? But the whole experience does not fill me with confidence to order with you again.

I ordered 4 bouquets to be delivered on Christmas Eve and not one of them were delivered. Very disappointing indeed.

Disappointingly, for the second time in 18 months (last time June 2017), these flowers never arrived. Once may be acceptable but twice suggests something is wrong with the system. This is a great pity because the standard of flowers is always to be commended. Please advise how best to deal with the non-delivery of this particular order. Thank you.

The flowers never arrived. All I got, after a email insisting that I got a refund, was a bog standard “we have refunded to your method of payment.” No apology email from the firm itself. Nothing. Very bad 1st Impression. Won’t be using fbp again.

Still waiting for flowers to be delivered should have 21st Dec and now 31st Dec and no flowers. Notified the company and was told they would resend but still nothing. I certainly wouldn't recommend any longer. Used to be such a good service.

To date 30th Dec, the flowers I ordered in very good time for Christmas have not been delivered. I ordered for 2 sets of friend’s and neither have received a delivery. I had a confirmation of my order and the date of delivery and the money has left my account. I am furious and upset and will be asking for a full refund. I have used flowers by post for years with no problems. No more.

Cannot comments on the flowers as still not delivered by Yodel as at 3.43 pm 29th December 2018. Estimated delivery date 20th December 2018.

The Service Was Rubbish Flowers Did Not Arrive and customer Service was totaly inadiquate . Would not use this company again even if they were paying me to make an order

Delivery did not arrive at all so had to be resent so eventually arrived 5 days late. After 2 days flowers were dying. Will not use again.

The person we sent the flowers to, contacted us to tell us that the flowers were nearly dead when they arrived. She said that she had contacted you and you were replacing them. The only reason she told us was that a previous present of flowers we sent her were also in a poor condition and she thought we should know. We have used your company many times but think this will be the last time as it is upsetting that they are not as good as they used to be.

The flowers were lovely but I emailed straight away after putting my order through as there was a slight error on the name of person I sent it to,that was my fault but wanted it putting right but no=one replied until around 10 days later. Pretty pointless. Very unlikely I.ll use again

The best flowers I have ever sent. Have brought from here since 2000 will not even think about going elsewhere. In all that time I have only had once to complain and straight away you sent more. The best service ever
