Appalling service, they failed to dispatch my order for Mother’s Day and then failed to answer the phone or email. Finally emailed me 3 days after date of booking and blamed Royal Mail! As no flowers have been received 10 days later, they clearly had never been dispatched! They had every opportunity to tell me in good time that they were not going to process my order instead of ruining my mother’s day! I will never use them again.

My flowers did not arrive on my mothers birthday - Thursday the 8 March. when I rang up I was told that delivery wasn't guaranteed for any day, but the website does not indicate that. I did order in good time. I was told they were dispatched from the south of England coast, on Monday 5 March, but they still did not arrive. they eventually did turn up, on the Saturday 10th, and as they had been in transit since the Monday, they were, unsurprisingly, in very poor shape. I saw my mother at her house later that week and the flowers were well and truly dead. not good service at all. I demanded a refund when I rang up, which I did get, but, really I should have been OFFERED a refund, not had to ask for it. I was really disappointed. My mother was too, these were a birthday surprise for her.

Very few flowers; very disappointing experience. Had to buy my mother another bouquet from a different provider to make up for it. Martin Hothersall

These were Mothers Day flowers. My mother tells me that colour ran from some of them. They were evidently painted or hand- coloured in some fashion.

I placed my order in plenty of time for it to be delivered on Mothers day - The order has never arrived! I have been offered no refund and not even a courtesy call to apologise and set this right! I am appalled at this service and would highly recommend people go else where

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on the Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend. They never arrived. I called customer service on the Monday who apologised and said there had been a problem with Royal Mail. They said the flowers would be delivered late and refunded my purchase price. One week later the flowers have still never been delivered so clearly we’re never actually despatched. I will never use this company again

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my 91 year old Mother, for Mothering Sunday. I ordered 10 days in advance. The flowers did not arrive, to the disappointment of my mother. I did receive a full refund, however no-one seems the slightest bit bothered about the disappointment that my mother felt. No-one has bothered to send some flowers, to my mother, just to say sorry for letting her and me down. Customer service is either lacking or does not exist at the present time. If you value your customers then make the effort to want them to continue buying from you, the simple things, like flowers to an elderly lady, mean a lot. It means a lot more than the value you have shown this customer.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 9th March they didn't arrive until the 13th by then they had started to deteriate not good for a first order or any order for that mater.

Didn't receive what I had ordered, wrote 2 emails to their admin email address and not received anything back from them, if I could have given zero stars I would have. I will not be using them again

The flowers were not delivered on the agreed date, were stored at the local post office and crushed. All requests for a refund were ignored. A genuine achievement in terrible customer service.

The flowers were of poor quality on Thursday 15th February the roses had died. On my visit to my wife on Friday the 16 th February in the afternoon the carnations and freesias were just limp stems and flower heads, i threw them in the waste bin. I had already decided to cease trading with you, previous order of freesias had a limited life. Patrick Cann

The flowers were sent and delivery was tried on Tuesday. Despite it saying perishables on the box the next delivery option date was Friday. My friend opened them up and they were dead. I called you up and you were efficient and said that you would send another on the Friday, to be delivered on Saturday. They still have not arrived at my friends. You are normally really good but this has made me think about future deliveries.

0rdered 13/12 posted 18/12 arrived limp and without the card 23/12. Fresh delivery promised which never came. Disappointing.

I ordered an Orchid, you sent a Kalanchoe that had broken leaves. It took 2 reminders for you to send correct plant!

The flowers arrived in quick time. That was the good news. The heads were flattened and the outer petals withered. Leaves were eaten and damaged as were the leaf stems. The flowers themselves lasted about two day and the heads never even opened-just wilted and died. Seems they were the last of the Christmas bunch. My wife has sent flowers by yourselves in the past and always had excellent reports-not this time though.

Unfortunately, though you said pre xmas maybe delivery up to 23rd on the front, i ordered on the tuesday, 1st class post normally wd have it arrive on thursday. Friday would have been fine. When it came to ordering proper it said “delivery on thursday” definitly, so i went ahead with the order. The business is shut on saturdays so is not open on 23rd. By the time my friend got her flowers on 27th they were very very dead. I did contact support when they did not arrive and they were no help at all. Very very dissappointed.
