“The last order I asked them to send never arrived I reported this and a refund was given. Spoilt a surprise for an old lady.”

“The roses wilted the next day (Sunday) 1st October I attach photos from yesterday Monday. The last photo was taken 2 minutes ago. Tuesday. Very disappointing 😭 my daughter bought these for my birthday on Saturday 30th September”
