f when flowers arrived they were already looking sad two days after they were mostly dead wont be using you again hope my refund has been delt with

flowers were brown when they arrived, no food sachet for them, the box was too small for the bunch of flowers supplied, and they lasted less than 4 days. Was given full refund, but these were for my partner's birthday and they didn't look very good at all. Extremely disappointed and won't be using them again.

Was delighted when the peonies turned up and all in bud - was looking forward to a splendid display - however despite trimming the stems and giving them plant feed the buds never opened and went brown

It may have been a one off , flowers delivered on Thursday , completely dead by Sunday , I am very reluctant to buy again I will go back to my usual supplier , when I complained The man at the other end of phone , blamed it on the wholesaler !!!!!! And there's me thinking Bouquets are made up in shop , like my usual florist does. As it was for a very special occasion a replacement is not the same, Yours Truly Mrs A Arkley

I ordered some flowers to congratulate my daughter on getting an important job they never arrived which me me very sad as I wanted to capture the moment of excitement . I know we had a bank holiday which meant the flowers should have been delivered by the 10th they never arrived .i emailed the company twice the second time they agreed to refund the money which really didn’t make up for the sadness I felt there was no apology .i have used this company several times before but will never use them again.

I ordered flowers for delivery on a Monday to welcome my son and his wife back from honeymoon and they didn’t arrive until the Wednesday. They come by Royal Mail though they don’t tell you that when you order and it said my order would be delivered on the Monday too! However, I did get my money back.

Flowers not left and not informed. By the time recipient contacted them they were dead. Should have contacted me if there was a problem with delivery. Won’t use this company again.

I ordered 3 bunches of flowers all of which arrived very much past their best. I emailed and Chris from flowersbypost promptly offered to send replacement flowers. However 3 weeks later, even after me calling and talking to Chris directly, there has been no sign of the elusive flowers. It would seem I have been fobbed off with false promises and, once burned, will not be wasting my time or money with this company again. S Christie

We did not receive the flowers I ordered TWICE. and no response to telephone call and email. Very bad service!! Where is my refund? Julia Ellis order 799114.

The flowers arrived late (after mothers day) and damaged. I emailed to complain and received an emaim to say someone would be in touch but its now over 2 weeks later and i have not been contacted.

Roses were dying and not fresh, most of the roses did not recover in water and recipient was rather underwhelmed with the roses. Not the impression I wanted to convey. If I send roses to someone they are meant to reflect my feelings for them which in this case said " I cant be bothered ordering you decent flowers" Considering the high cost of the flowers this is not the service I expect or have experienced in the past and as such it is the last time I will use flowers by post.

Half of my order didn’t come and I had to remind the company about it and I paid £19.95 for some flowers that were hardly even there!

The flowers were for mother’s day and were a great disappointment- they have barely opened - it appeared that too many had been squashed into a small box and have never recovered. Certainly nothing like the picture - false advertising! I was also missing one element of the bouquet that had been paid for. Exceptionally disappointed. On complaint was promised a refund but have had no correspondence to say this has been credited to my account and as yet has not shown up in my bank account.

What went wrong ? Absolutely everything. Two weeks on, and the flowers have never turned up - and they were ordered as part of the Mothers Day offers that you had on - so you knew that they were needed for a specific date. You made no attempt to tell me that there was a problem. and it has taken days for you to respond to all of my e-mails. Furthermore, you have made no attempt to refund my payment. You couldn't have got this more wrong.

The flowers were supposed to be there for Mother’s Day but didn’t get there till the Monday after. When they arrived they were dried out and several flowers had to be thrown out. Very disappointed

My flowers were not delivered on time for mother’s day, when they eventually turned up they were wilted and dead looking. There was a full refund but I had to chase it. I would not recommend nor will I ever use this company again.

Unfortunatly the flowers were deliverd three days late and were dead pn arrival to be fair i think this was down to the post office,we were offerd a full refund,so not your fault.
