Complaint forwarded on 29.12.17 Firstly they should have been delivered on Monday 18th December – only arriving on Saturday 23rd. Secondly , presumably because of the above delay , the flowers arrived in a terrible state (particularly the roses) as you will see from the attached photographs. As already mentioned , I am extremely disappointed ……

WHERE ARE THEY? YOU PROMISED TO RESEND AND THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN BELFAST EVEN IF YOU HAD WALKED THERE. I THINK THAT NOW I SHOULD GET COMPENSATION AND MY FRIEND STILL RECEIVE FLOWERS AS THIS IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. IT WOULD NOT BE NICE FOR ME TO TAKE THIS FURTHER BUT MY FRIEND IS ON HER OWN NOW AND SHE NEEDED THE FLOWERS FROM ME. PLEASE ANSWER THIS MAIL. HOW AN I SHOW YOU A PICTURE WHEN THERE IS NOTHING TO SHOW. STUPID!!!

When they finally arrived. Bottom leaves were black and slimy. By Boxing day out side petals started going brown. 2 days later all the flower heads started drouping so throu the out. Next time I'll go local that will last longer.

The sympathy flowers I had ordered arrived 5 days late! It was frankly embarrassing. If you know there is going to be delays around the holidays, you should plan for this in your dispatch schedule.

I have already contacted Flowers by Post before Christmas, but have still not received a reply. The two orders that I ordered did not match the colours in the photographs on your website. As stated in my previous correspondence that has been ignored, I would not have ordered the flowers that were sent if I'd known what colour they were. I also requested replacements which has also been ignored. Not only did I not get a reply to my concerns about my orders, I am asked to review my orders. I feel let down and ignored.

Not the best time to write a review, as flowers have not arrived , ordered on th 10th and was expecting them to have been sent on the 18th as I had asked when ordering,only sent on Wednesday, would have preferred them early rather than late the replacements to be sent on Wednesday next week so prob still no have by nee year bah humbug

Three of the pink heads were withered 1 stalk had no head But as these were free I have no cause to complain there was no gift card with writing

Flowers were absolutely terrible. They said they came in bud to increase longevity but half of them were on the wrong side of alive and the other half didn't make up for it. Seriously not a worthwhile purchase and I'd advise against anyone doing the same.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my girlfriend. She lives in jersey and I live in Brighton so doing stuff like this is a nice surprise for her sometimes. I ordered them, was told that they'd arrive by Wednesday. She didn't get these and I had to suck up the embarrassment and ask her if they had. She said no. So I contacted your customer service who were very sorry and said they'd send them again. Again I was told they'd arrive on the Tuesday or Wednesday and once again they hadn't. This obviously left me very embarrassed and upset that this had happened and leaves me wondering if I would use this company again. I asked for a full refund in the end.

Unfortunately the first flowers ordered turned up 5 days after ordering and were practically dead, the replacement which I had been told had been sent, never arrived. Needless to say I had a refund.

I did write at the time but heard nothing. I think the flowers were packed too tightly which spoilt the blooms. Funnily it was only the yellow ones. Luckily the flowers were for myself as a treat. I must say that in many years of using yourselves this is the only the second problem I’ve had

THE FLOWERS WERE NOT VERY GOOD SOME BROKEN AND SOME PAST THERE BEST BUT TO BE FAIR THEY WERE REPLACED BY THE WEEKEND THEY WERE TO CHEER UP A 90 YEAR OLD WOMAN WHO HAD JUST FINISHED CHEMOTHERAPY

Sorry the only thing that went wrong was that i pushed the wrong button i have never had any problem from flowers by post over several years
