“Having used your service for a few years now I was very dissapointed my mothers flowers were not delivered in time .They were ordered in plenty of time .”

“Order placed on 13 February and additional fee pay for guaranteed delivery 2days later 15 February. It’s now end of 19 Feb without a delivery. What more can I say!! Should you even get 1 star?”

“After ordering from Flowers by Post , at the very end of the transaction my payment was declined , and I have no idea why . So I visited my local florist and ordered in person .. When the delivery date arrived , I received a telephone call from the recipient thanking me for the flowers . TWO BUNCHES .So the flowers were delivered and I assume money taken after being informed they the payment had failed .NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PROCEDURE ! .”

“Flowers arrived late afternoon, when my partner was at work. In a box!!!??? Your website shows flowers already arranged. And now they look nothing like the photo. Will NOT be using your service anymore. By the way. I put a review on your Facebook page. Looks like you couldn't be bothered reading it.”

“Very Disappointed with this latest order, the flowers arrived on time, BUT the leaves of the flowers were all DEAD and the flowers were Battered. I have used your company on many occasions I am very unhappy with the quality of my order”

“I am embarrassed and very angry, that the flower arrangement which was delivered, was no way like the one in the photo, as shown on the Internet site. It lacked flowers and decorations, and the few flowers which were in it was nearly dead. I have today written to the MD complaining about the despicable service I have received.”

“Really disappointed with the Noel basket. Much smaller than I expected but maybe I didn’t read the description well enough. Lot of green leaves but just a few tired-looking flowers dotted around on one side. It was delivered on time on Xmas Eve - that gets the one star - but the flowers didn’t survive as far as Boxing Day. Absolutely not worth the money. Never again 😕”

“Sadly very disappointed. Flowers were crushed. Box and basket soaking wet and cushed. No cristmas card in it and piece of paper inside said it was from a totally different person. However when my mum complained to person that delivered it they did apologise and agree to send replacement.”

“Sorry to say that this bunch were more than a little underwhelming. The advertising image did not live up to the reality. The adjectives 'spindly', 'meagre' and 'minimal' come to mind. Waste of money.”

“I have been treated very badly by Flowers by Post who have stolen my payment for some Orchids to be delivered to my terminally ill cousins. They allege that I gave them the wrong house name. 1) The computer order site made it very hard to give a house name at all, I had to attempt it a number of times so I know I gave the correct house name. 2) The small village the flowers were to be delivered to has barely three streets,it was not a large town. 3) The postal code was correct - with little research (read effort) it would have been easy to establish the exact house at which my cousins live. Instead of which and with no understanding or compassion, no offer to repay or replace the incorrectly addressed flowers, I have been summarily dismissed and robbed. My cousins, when they were well, for many years were highly active in The Royal Horticultural Society, particularly with Alpines. Please note I do not even know if Flowers by Post actually exists. I do know this 'company' has stolen my money. DONT USE THEM. BE WARNED.”

“I ordered these to be delivered to my Mum, and she was reluctant to tell me that all the roses died the very next day, which i was extremely unappy to hear. and I wouldn't order any more after hearing this.”
