“Flowers were received with delight by my friend, and were as beautiful as ever.The only problem I had was in placing my order. I have used Flowers by post for any years now, at least 15 or 16! The problem could be solved, I think, but am no expert, by having an option of being able to remove items from the basket. While making this order, I made a,spelling mistake. I had to go back to alter it . This meant I had to start agsin. Everything was fine but when I got to the final page the number of bunches was 2! So the first order was still being used,but a,second one had been added I tried to go back and clear irt then tried agsin much later but the same thing happened. I hot as far as 4! I left it a couple of days and was then able to make a correct order I realise it was my fault, but a 'remove', would have made it simpler. The Flowers fortunately weren't for a specific date thank goodness. This isn't a complaint...just a suggestion. Patricia Dennis mutignano6@gmail.com”

“My friends were delighted to receive their flowers. I was delighted with their reaction & the fact that they were delivered on my requested day. I wasn`t so happy to be contacted for address verification because it "wasn`t on our system", nor was I impressed when I was questioned after verifying the address, as entered manually. The problem? It isn`t a "2 this Street" address. Would I have been asked for verification if it had been addressed to "The King, Buckingham Palace"?”
