Royal Mail messed up the delivery but with the help of the staff at FbP who were so very understanding, empathetic and helpful, she received her replacement flowers. “My order arrived late, in very poor condition, without proper packaging causing damage to the flowers, plus there was no moist packaging to keep the flowers fresh. The box that the flowers were packed in was far too big allowing the flowers to move around which caused damage. Not impressed and would not recommend Flowers By Post. They used to be sent from Jersey (Flying Flowers Ltd) and arrived in perfect condition.”
