“The flowers we ordered were to celebrate my sister's 80th Birthday... This is the photo she sent me of the flowers she received.... as you'll see, not quite as impressive as the Bouquet chosen from your catalogue. Not only is the bouquet sent considerably smaller, but the foliage sent as part of it is totally different from the foliage shown. This was an essential part of the arrangement chosen, and I am truly embarassed by the quality of the bouquet sent”
