“I find this obsession to "write a review" business quite stressful and formulaic. So with regards to what flowersby post offer in terms of choice and price and communication, they are great. But that's all I can say. I have not seen the flowers, I don't know if they were delivered on time, and I don't want to bother the recipient who has just lost her husband in a tragic accident. How do I know if the delivery was on time, who made the delivery and whether items were damaged? So that's about it. Sorry if I seem so difficult. In a nutshell, ordering was fine and that's all I can say for now”

“Good afternoon.I have been sending flowers by post since 2001.I was living in Spain so very easy to send to family and friends in the UK. Only twice have I been let down.Once for a friend,she didn't receive the flowers at all.Christmas time I sent flowers to my three adult family.My daughters received theirs,son and daughter in law didn't.It was their anniversary two weeks later,another so more flowers were sent.They had a card from the postman.this time.They went to post office to collect and their Christmas flowers was there too.Flowers were dead.
