“The ordering process was easy and when i had a query it was answered and dealt with straight away so thank you for this! I didn't see the flowers of receive a photo of them from the recipient so can't comment on the quality of the arrangement but really hope all was as it should have been!”

“Ordered flowers on 15th June for delivery on 21st June (50th wedding anniversary) flowers never arrived. I have sent 3 e-mails asking where they are. As when I phone, an answer machine informed me they are so busy, e-mail them and cuts me off. And now they ask for my experience!!! Then they ask was it delivered on time and by whom. Will I use this company again or recommend them? NO!!!”

“The order was so easy to place. I live overseas so never get to see the flowers but my 93yr old dad said they were beautiful, beautifully packaged and delivered on time in a lovely big box. He was very happy with them.”

“Really nice flowers and fast delivery. Was slightly disappointed as I ordered the ‘pastel gift box’ for my best friend as her favourite colour is purple. The photo shows the flowers in a purple box and cellophane. The flowers arrived in a black box and plain cellophane. If I knew this, I wouldn’t have ordered these flowers.”
