“Flowers were not delivered, cancelled by company on the morning of delivery, and still waiting for a refund despite several emails since 10th May. Very poor customer service.”

“Hi flowers was meant to be delivered 31st July. Received an email saying unfortunately we couldn’t deliver today because you couldn’t find a shop willing to produce and deliver the flowers for the 31st then I got an email on the 2nd of August saying the flowers was delivered on the 1st of August but they still haven’t received any flowers. I have wrote two emails asking for confirmation where they delivered the flowers and I have not heard anything.”

“Very disappointed with the flowers, they were not like the picture at all. The bouquet looked untidy and sparse, they tried to bulk them out with carnations! They looked cheap… I won’t use them again!”
