“My flowers weren't received by the recipient. I have sent 4 emails chasing without a response. I have tried to get through on the phone lines several times but without success. If I have been lucky enough to get through to the front of the queue then it is a just an answering machine for you to leave a message. I have left two messages now and if there has been a return call - I have not noticed and no message has been left with an update, even though on the two times I got through to the answer machine I did leave the order number and my phone number. £50 I have spent for a load of hassle and a friend who has now buried her husband and thinks I don't care sufficiently enough to send flowers.”

“The order got missed on the day of delivery. The company emailed to apologise and to give me the choice of cancelling or rescheduling delivery. I chose to have them delivered. My sister said the flowers were beautiful so very happy with that”

“I saw a photo of the delivered bouquet and thought it was a bit weak for the price. I had received an email saying that a substitute arrangement would be provided since the day's delivery of flowers had not arrived. So when I also had to check that something had in fact been delivered, I was not very happy overall”
