“Ordered 9:00 am online for same day delivery and flowers arrived 2:30pm in Edinburgh. Flowers exactly as image and my daughter was delighted. No issue what so ever.”

“Delivered promptly but the flowers looked nothing like the ones on the website and seemed to be full of cheap greenery. I have contacted the company - 2 days ago - to request a refund but have heard nothing.”

“Substitute sent due to being out of stock of original order. Flowers looked lovely, but not sure as good as original ones??? And M&S chocolates????????????? £60 odd quid, do I get 15% refund on this rather than another order?”

“Order placed 26/08/2025 for delivery for my Mums birthday on 28/08/2025. Just had a call at 13:45 that it won't be delivered today & they will try for tomorrow morning... complete let down. Would not recommend them to anyone.”
