“Appalling service from Flower Shops Network. The flowers received were awful and DEFINITELY NOT anything like the photo. I have written to them THREE times and nobody has responded at all except to send me this review to fill in (which I suppose is standard OP). I went to the shop that supplied the actual flowers and they weren't any help either and said I would have to speak to Flower Shops Network. I am angry and extremely disappointed to have spent nearly £55 on flowers that were worse than garage forecourt offerings! And this bouquet was supposed to be special for my granddaughter who had just passed her first exams! Never again, Flower Shops Network and I would NOT recommend this shockingly bad organisation. What a rip off.”

“I was disappointed that the website accepted an order for same day delivery when I was later told that 2pm was too late for same day delivery. I was disappointed that no one let me know that the flowers would not be delivered on the agreed date. I was disappointed not to receive an apology or discount from the woman who called to say "we didn't deliver your flowers yesterday, because you ordered them too late, do you still want them". I was disappointed that the flowers were delivered to the wrong house number, I don't have access to the original booking form so cant say for sure that I didn't miss key my parents house number... but id be surprised if i did. I was disappointed that when no one was home, at the wrong address, no one called the number they insist you provide on the website. I was disappointed that the flowers were left in the garden next to the bin, rather than in the porch. The flowers were nice but were haphazardly arranged.”

“I ordered Beaming Brights for my daughter’s birthday, and she was delighted with different colours and blooms. I also had to contact the florist in the morning to ask if they could change delivery times which they did. So happy Mum and Happy Daughter”

“Flowers were lovely. The problem is- my fault- the wrong delivery address went through. The issue I have is the fact that I was completely unable to speak to anyone directly connected to the company customer support. I had to trace through for hours to try and find anyone to speak to to ensure the correct address. The customer support number on the site is useless.”

“I ordered flowers for same day delivery on a Saturday and received a message saying that unfortunately they could not deliver until Monday. Since then I have heard nothing and no flowers have been delivered. This is appears to be a scam.”

“Delivered on time and to correct address, in spite of me getting the post code wrong, the address was correct though. Well done and the flowers were well received. Will definitely use again and I would recommend to anyone wanting to send flowers.”

“My order was accepted for same day delivery which I was charged for , flowers for an aunt who is at end of life , I was later informed my order was not going ahead as planned a refund was offered , 3 messages I sent that afternoon, evening , next day confirming I would like a refund. No response ,,,, until I was notified flowers were delivered next day , so I was charged for flowers a day late and an order I cancelled . So customer service really does not work , I have no positive feed back and will not use this company again .”
