“Surprised to be told on Monday you’d delivered on Thursday! I’d already seen them in my recipients house twice by then! They didn’t look quite as luxurious as on the website- but still gave great pleasure. Thx”

“Haven't seen the flowers, but recipient was happy. Tried to send them via Moonpig, but getting address confirmed took too long, and Moonpig couldn't deliver when I got it, so, Tried FSN. Delivered promptly, despite late order. Great!”

“The service was good and the delivery was on time. This mattered because it was our wedding anniversary. The flowers themselves were something of a disappointment and bore little resemblance to the picture. Not only that, but quite a high proportion did not open. Only the lilies were really satisfactory.”
