“I asked for the flowers to be delivered on November 30th for my mum's 90th birthday. I've just received an email saying they've been delivered a week early. Also, you don't get an opportunity to include a message with the flowers - the ordering process gives no opportunity to do this. I haven't seen the flowers, so I can't comment on them.”
